FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our sheet metal fabrication services, capabilities, and processes.

We accept a wide range of file formats including STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.igs, .iges), DXF, DWG, and SOLIDWORKS files (.sldprt, .sldasm). For sheet metal parts, DXF flat patterns are particularly useful for laser cutting. 2D engineering drawings in PDF format are also welcome to supplement 3D models.
Lead times depend on part complexity, quantity, and surface finishing requirements. Prototype and small-batch orders typically take 5–10 business days, while larger production runs may require 2–4 weeks. We offer expedited services for urgent requirements — contact us to discuss your timeline.
We have no strict minimum order quantity. We support single-piece prototypes as well as high-volume production runs. For very small quantities, tooling and setup costs may be factored into the quote. We are happy to work with you to find the most cost-effective solution for your project.
Our standard tolerances follow ISO 2768-m for general sheet metal work. For laser-cut features, we can achieve ±0.1 mm or better. Bending tolerances are typically ±0.5° for bend angles. Tighter tolerances are achievable for specific features — please specify your requirements in your drawing or RFQ.
Yes. We offer sub-assembly and full assembly services including hardware insertion (PEM nuts, studs, standoffs), welding, riveting, and mechanical assembly. We can also integrate sheet metal parts with CNC machined components to deliver complete assemblies ready for your next production stage.
Our quality process includes incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks at each production stage, and a 100% final inspection before shipment. We provide inspection reports and material certificates with every order. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we use calibrated CMM and laser measurement equipment for accurate verification.
